Indoor Pet Boundries

We provide a wide range of professional services to meet your needs. We promise to provide every service with a smile, and to your highest level of satisfaction.

No more baby gates and closed doors

Keep your pet away from the trash, off of your countertops, and away from escaping via the front door. Our versatile Indoor Boundaries are ideal for entire rooms, modest spaces, access points, furniture, steps... or wherever you need them. You may establish "off-limits" areas based on whether pets require boundaries indoors as well.

MB-1 Indoor/Outdoor Mobile Boundary

The MB-1 is a battery-operated indoor/outdoor pet barrier that may be used to create a pet-free zone. It's waterproof for outdoor usage and comes with a rechargeable battery. It's wireless (no boundary wire required), so it'll be set up quickly wherever you need it. This is a great option for creating a small pet-free space, or for keeping your pet away from an area where they're not allowed.

The MB-2 comes with a rechargeable battery and is weatherproof for outdoor usage.

Solutions

We design our system to meet your specific demands. Our indoor fences may be modified to keep your pet within the areas you desire, such as bedrooms, living rooms, kitchen counters, and trash bins, while keeping them out of places you don't want them in, such as furniture or dining tables.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do Indoor Boundary systems work?

Indoor Boundary systems emit a radio signal that is detected by the receiver collar worn by your pet—the same way the outdoor Hidden Fence systems work. As your pet approaches the signal field (initially marked with a series of flags to help your pet identify the area), the receiver collar begins to emit an audible (or vibration) warning beep. If your pet goes beyond the warning zone, the warning is quickly followed by a mild ‘correction’—an unpleasant, but safe, sensation from the receiver collar. With proper training, your pet will quickly learn to stay away from areas that he associates with the warning.

  • What is the light on the transmitter?

The status light on the transmitter lets you know if the transmitter is turned on.

On the IB-100, the status light also lets you know the status of the transmitter battery. If the light is red, the battery needs to be charged. See Owner’s Guide for additional information.

Note: The green light may be steady green or blinking green. This depends of the frequency setting of the transmitter.

  • How do I increase and decrease the signal range (the distance the signal radiates from the transmitter or the boundary wire) to make the “off-limits” avoidance zone area larger or smaller?

On the back of the transmitter, there is a signal range knob.

    1. Turn the knob toward the ‘+’ to increase the signal range. This increases the size of the signal field.
    2. Turn the knob toward the ‘-’ to decrease the signal range. This decreases the size of the signal field.
  • The IB-100 has a rechargeable battery. How long does the battery stay charged?

Battery life is determined, in part, by the rate and the range settings you select. The rate setting determines how frequently the signal is transmitted (fast, medium or slow.) The range setting is the distance the signal radiates from the transmitter. See the Owner’s Guide for additional information.

When set at maximum range, the life of the battery charge is approximately:

    1. 4 days in ‘Fast’
    2. 7 days in ‘Medium’ /
    3. 30 days in ‘Slow’

Decreasing the range setting will increase the average battery life between charges.

  • How large can I make the “off-limits” area?

    Wireless Transmitters:

    1. IB-200 can be adjusted up to a maximum of 10 feet in diameter (5 feet in all directions from the transmitter.)
    2. IB-100 can be adjusted up to a maximum of 8 feet in diameter (4 feet in all directions from the transmitter)

    With Wire:

When using the boundary wire, you can customize the size of your avoidance zone(s) based on:

    1. The length of the wire
    2. The signal range
    3. The distance between the separated wires (separated = signal is transmitted; twisted together = no signal).

See the Owner’s Guide for additional information.

  • Do I need separate collars for inside and outside?

On the back of the transmitter, there is a signal range knob.

    1. Turn the knob toward the ‘+’ to increase the signal range. This increases the size of the signal field.
    2. Turn the knob toward the ‘-’ to decrease the signal range. This decreases the size of the signal field.

Customer Testimonial

We can now keep the dog out of the cat box and from eating the cat’s food and keep the cat off of the kitchen counters and at an appropriate distance from the kitchen table. It was easy to set up and our pets adapted nicely. It’s a perfect solution, thank you!
